      Toxic leadership hinders growth despite some nice colleagues

      Pros

      I was optimistic kept waiting for it to get better - fortunately they gifted me redundancy.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership who expect you to deliver with no tools or resources. You can't get staff from outside as they don't pay market value and the existing team is so caught in processes making it impossible to develop / grow from within.

      Great dealers, fantastic middle management. Everyone works together and supports one another.

      Constant blundering by senior management, decreasing quality of life, constant excuses for their poor performance.
