Pros

Experience gained, but that's about it.

Cons

Heavy metrics role then add full time customer service phones as part of your job for "business needs" so work becomes daunting and draining.

Pros

Decent pay Benefits Hours (M-F) Occasionally offered OT Merit bonus

Cons

Short staffed Expectation of doing other people’s work Extremely high claims caseload Coworkers always out on FMLA due to stress Unrealistic expectations and metrics for example they want you to close 60+ claims per month but you do not get credit if the claim is reopened. Claims can be opened for just about anything like an email. Some demand pools are expected to handle litigation (arbitrations and lawsuits)
