Pros

Earning potential is great. Fairly simple straightforward job. Tech is great and we work with engineers closely to improve systems.

Cons

You're working 55 hours weekly minimum but you will find yourself working about 60 to 65 hours to hit their ever-changing goal. This waters down your salary to about 19 per hour. They are sticklers for trustpilot reviews and can (actually have fired) because of a bad review. Not a lot of work/life balance when you have to work those hours. Health insurance subsidy is a joke .

Thank you for your feedback; we will always consider constructive feedback as a way for us to become better. We try to be as up front as possible in the interview process about the intensity level that we work at so that candidates can decide for themselves if early stage startup is the right fit for them. We also believe in paying top of market for talent with cash-heavy salaries so team members can choose where to spend their money which is why our benefits subsidy is just average.

Pros

Working at Steadily provides an exhilarating experience, characterized by a dynamic, fast-paced environment that never fails to keep one engaged. The high-energy atmosphere caters well to individuals who thrive under pressure and enjoy roles that are both challenging and rewarding. It's a place where the work is plentiful, making it an excellent fit for those who prefer staying occupied and relish the chance to immerse themselves in their responsibilities. While the compensation at our company is notably high, offering a significant financial incentive, it does present a trade-off. The robust salary comes with a shift in the benefits structure, with the employer contributing less towards benefits such as health insurance and retirement funds. This means employees have a larger paycheck, but also more personal responsibility for covering these costs. It's a balance that requires careful financial planning and consideration. The increased salary can be a strong motivator, but it's important to consider the full financial picture, including the impacts on personal benefits contributions. One of the standout positives of working at our company is the inclusive and collaborative approach of the leadership. They actively seek out and value employees' opinions on various matters. This encourages a culture of open dialogue where every voice is heard. Creative ideas are not just welcomed, but earnestly considered and often implemented, making each employee feel like an integral part of the team. Moreover, employees are involved in process creation and workflow development, further instilling a sense of ownership and empowerment. This level of engagement fosters innovation and continuous improvement, making it a truly rewarding place to work.

Cons

Moving from a three-day to a four-day in-office work schedule has presented some challenges. The additional day in the office disrupts the work-life balance that many employees had previously established. The convenience and flexibility of remote work, such as reduced commute time and the ability to better juggle personal and professional tasks, are diminished with the additional office day. The shift also means that employees spend more time in a traditional office setting, which may not be the most conducive environment for everyone's productivity and comfort. This change, while potentially beneficial for organizational cohesion, may inadvertently place a strain on employee satisfaction and productivity.

Pros

Best company I've worked at so far in my career. In the time I've been here, I've learned so much and seen lots of growth and new opportunities in CX. Our management team is great and our VP is approachable and really listens to feedback and actions it. I feel like my opinions matter. Everything in the culture deck is what it's really like to work here and I love that.

Cons

It can be overwhelming to keep up with all the changes and knowledge you need to have. We're expected to know everything and be able to do everything. Then when things break, we are the ones that agents and customers yell at that we have no control over and can't fix.
