Pros
The work is easy and does not take too much brain-power. You can work remotely. The job is basically a 9-5, there is some flexibility with hours.
Cons
It can very quickly become a dead-end. The work you do at Sterling Analytics is generally not transferable elsewhere. The result of your work is that large corporations get to pay their attorneys less money. There is no transparency about anything - you will be in good graces one day and suddenly not the next, with no explanation. It is a toxic work environment. They will eventually begin cramming more and more work onto you. They can afford to pay their staff more.
