Pros
Great company to start as a stepping stone, could learn a lot in the rail space.
Cons
Work culture was not the best, long hours were expected to be put in without proper compensation. Company is heavily under resourced which is causing burnouts. Pay is on the lower end of the range as well. The employee turnover rate alone is evident of their poor resourcing.
