Pretty ridiculous expectations when compared to the “training” received, an absolute joke really. Given a binder that was reviewed for maybe 5 minutes then forgotten. Lead trainer of my area at that time had an awful lot of meetings for someone tasked with getting new employees up to speed, odd scheduling decisions. Being present to provide guidance and answer questions is crucial to development and to simply abandon people or expect other employees who aren't trainers with that task is cowardly. I was questionable of some of the people in leadership roles there quite honestly, many seemed to be doing so for selfish reasons instead of the overall betterment of company which can happen but when outnumbering well intentioned individuals it can make for a horrible work environment.

HR was not in control. No vision for growing people. No site organization chart. Power maintained in Italy
