      Pros

      The only pro is you do everything so you get a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Management is very unethical. Owner does not care. You will be asked to do less than ethical things. It's so bad the judges know what to expect from this firm. Don't hurt your career and reputation to work here.

      Pros

      The only pro was that the boss is a nice guy but he turned everything over to a manager that has no clue what he's doing.

      Cons

      Discriminatory behavior/inappropriate work environment, requests from management to do less than ethical things as the attorney, no opportunities to advance, and required to run the entire case and office yourself.

      Pros

      Great Benefits, and Flexible schedule. There is no micromanaging of the work I do as the owner of firm trusts our judgement.

      Cons

      No paralegals/secretary are available. Which puts a lot of pressure for deadlines to meet when you are the only person doing all of the work, and going to the court for hearings, or client meetings
