Pros
Pay was okay, pay standards have changed recently though. There was a lot of paid holiday time and you only have to work 3 days a week. Good health insurance.
Cons
No upwards movement. High expectations. No input into how anything is done in regards to classes, curriculum. Company is essentially run by glorified high school and primary school teachers.
