There was a family type atmosphere at first
Cons
No benefits (promised after 90 days), PTO seems like a joke, seems like company’s hand was always employees pockets, paper work had shady undertones, company seems unstable overall, promises opportunity to grow in company, but there is not real opportunity that I observed. Seemed like there was high employee turnover. Daily processes changes make people feel uncertainty and instability.

Everything!! Family atmosphere, fun, doesn't feel like a job. Fun outings and events. Free lunches. Bonuses & Incentives and so much room for growth!
Cons
Sometimes unpredictable hours, lots of walking while canvassing.
