      you can make good money in solar

      payscale is misleading, installer is sub par in both workmanship and equipment. The managers keep all the good leads for themselves and their favorites while they tell you go knock on doors unpermitted. Regionals instruct new hires to sell in shady ways, to pull permit lists and try to undercut other company's deals in order to win contests. C levels don't care that shady guys exist throughout company they just care about production.
