-flexible working place -floot staff mostly helpful
Cons
-micromanagement -pays below average. -not the place if you want to learn something esp if you’re in training here. Even cmes are not relevant and helpful -promotions are based on favoritism.if you are chinese, confirm promoted in short period. Even if you dont know how to work - hq and management very poorly managed. Any problems, blame on outlets. Any complaints will be ignored. -not much staff medical benefits. - definitely discourage anyone considering working here -no career growth
