My pleasant 8-year journey took a turn when politics interfered with my pregnancy.

Cons

Poor top-down communication and hopeless superiors intimidate their staff and find faults to cover up their weakness. The absence of true leadership thus caused the entire working environment non-conducive and toxic.

Offers good opportunities to learn. From the people (colleagues, clients, service providers), the culture and the job scope itself.

Cons

1. Lower salary as compared to other recognized property developers 2. Site office have to multitask most of the time 3. Mentally challenged 4. Property Executive is expected to be competent as Building Manager but not getting paid like one 5. Demanding clients, vague direction from superior, top management is too ambitious 6. High turnover rate

Some management staff are considerate and do help in nurturing their staff but some couldn't care less

Cons

Politics and only favors certain people with connection and races 3% increament only unless you are boss lapdog or favourite person with connection
