Pros

Good pay rates. Excellent employee discount at group companies like BCF, Macpac, Rebel.

Cons

Every day you have to work 15-20 minutes overtime without pay. If you don't, they will give you less shifts. Also for every 7+ hour shifts they don't give the second 15 minutes paid break.

Pros

Team was great and always have your back. Staff discount is great.

Cons

- Higher up management (area managers and above) pushes unrealistic KPIs. - Whenever higher up comes for a store visit, store needs to be in immaculate condition to the point where its unrealistic for day to day operations. Additional team members will be working just to get the store up to scratch for this special occasion. Super unrealistic. - Training (via Yarno) is EXPECTED to be done outside working hours and without pay. This is illegal - Training is to be done via Yarno modules, however you will never get the time for it during working hours. When doing it outside hours, you will tend to skim through the modules as quick as possible as you aren't getting paid. - Lots of self learning required which is fine and will accumulate throughout the years - Working through Christmas is to be expected so blackout period - Stores aren't funded with team activities or Christmas parties. Very little bondship outside working hours
