Pros

My coworkers were super smart and awesome.

Cons

The following statements are TRUE. Sure Power Consulting was made aware of these incidents whether through local job site management, informal check ins, or direct contact with the corporate office. The day-to-day operations were a mess. During my time on this project, here are a few things I witnessed: time sheet fraud (because management was having difficulty with Sure Power’s and the client’s timekeeping software), labor violations (i.e. age and gender bias, quotas, no OT paid, and illegal attendance/tardy policies), and sleeping employees (there’s video). The current leadership team tasked with overseeing production and operations stayed behind closed doors most of the day, and resented being disturbed for legitimate business purposes. These are FACTS. The leadership team overseeing this project would routinely display blatant contempt and unprofessionalism towards most of the employees working on this project. If someone dared to ask a question or requested clarification on new policies and procedures during an “All Hands” meeting or via email, the standard (defensive) response was deflection, sarcasm, or vitriol. Individuals were called out by name in meetings. We never knew what we were walking into. Sometimes we were subjected to thirty minutes of personal ramblings, and sometimes management thought they'd lighten the mood by informing us that they had highlighted passages from “Fifty Shades of Grey”. These are FACTS. Training wasn’t a huge priority. It wasn’t until February 2016 that our group got a comprehensive training program and manual – not because the leadership team finally recognized the obvious need for it, but because the client requested it. Prior to that, repeated requests by employees for basic documented procedures and training were angrily shut down. We were bullied and threatened, and told to “figure it out”. This delay resulted in visible (read: public) errors for an already embattled client. Additionally, despite devoting half of the labor resources to an internal auditing system, the number of errors never seemed to go down. These are FACTS. The organization's response to negative reviews is delusional. The only chronically malcontent employees I encountered were in management.

Cons

The leadership is crazy bad and they always swallowed their words. Don't believe them and anyone working here. Nice workers are leaving if they find other places.

Pros

Will tell you all about the future of the company!

Cons

Company that likes to underpay EVERYONE and provides no guidance or leadership to entry level professionals! They expect you to drink the Kool-Aid from day 1. Small office environment with a lot of gossip and SERIOUS MICRO MANAGEMENT!
