Pros

I made great friendships here, that’s it.

Cons

Want to work in hell?! Managers have no clue on how to manage a team, and people that are in management positions have no experience or training on how to be a team leader/manager. They claim everything is a team effort but it’s only a team with your peers, not management. If you are delegated a task from management, expect the manager to take full recognition for it, they will claim to have done everything when all they did was sit in their office looking at Facebook; you won’t even be a footnote, you won’t even be thanked. Your manager will ask for your help with suggestions on how to ‘better’ things and literally just laugh it off. It doesn’t matter how hard of a worker you are, or how great of a team player you are; when they are tired of you or you have opinions that are not theirs they fire you. DO NOT GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK WHEN THEY ASK FOR IT!! They say they want it to improve the workplace but they only want to hear that everything is cupcakes and rainbows. If you’re honest about anything, expect to be fired. And let me tell you, this company is not a healthy place to work. There is no work life balance. Every employee takes sick days like tictacs because everyone is stressed out. If you want to cry on the regular, go work in the contact centre. No one EXCEPT your peers will check on you and see if you’re okay. If you get a new “role” and you sign paperwork that states you will be getting a raise, you won’t get it nor will you be retro-paid. They’ll come up with an excuse for everything under the sun to not give you something that you even legally signed for. Take it from me, this place isn’t worth it. Don’t apply, no matter how desperate you are for work. You’ll thank your mental health and sanity later. I worked there for a year and was fired for no reason besides “it’s a business choice” and paid in lieu. Looking back, I was angry for getting fired for no reason, but now I’m thankful.

Pros

Some good colleagues. That's it.

Cons

Upper Management have no training or management skills whatsoever, and SureHire will not pay to train them so whenever an issue arises they just fire people or push them to quit. Micro managed at all levels. Work load is incredibly high and stressful at all times, never enough staff, and the pay is terrible and below the industry standards. Basically impossible to move up. Toxic and negative environment full of gossip and competitive, catty women. Extremely high turnover (60%+) which means that there is basically no level of expertise at this company. No-one knows what they are doing. If you approach leadership with issues they will basically tell you to go find another job. If you want a pay raise, don't expect more than 25 cents. Seriously. They lack transparency and get mad at you if you discuss how much you get paid, because the wage gap is so huge between people who do the same job. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, and would strongly recommend you avoid working here for your own sanity.

Pros

Young company, room for growth, some awesome employees, learned a lot of information and great work hours.

Cons

Negative team lead / micro managing (results department), not enough pay for the amount of work being done, stressful, high staff turnover (4 employees left in 5 month span, in one department), very negative environment, hard work went unappreciated, some staff got away with being blatantly rude to fellow employees and customers - management knew and seemed to not care, probably because they were friends with said employees.
