      Cubicle Daycare.

      Pros

      The vending machine. Free cheap coffee.

      Cons

      No compensation for doing well. Toxic environment. Management skills are non existent. Unless your position is better than average, you're treated less than average. Pack a pacifier, because you'll be treated like a child.

      Red flag #1, they tell you it's a strange place to work during the first interview. I thought they were kidding.

      Pros

      It's an easy job if you like doing things incorrectly over and over again.

      Cons

      They make the easiest task 10x more difficult by micro managing and babysitting you. They constantly set you up for failure.

      Pros

      The majority of the employees are exceptionally people who could all do much better for the company and themselves with proper management.

      Cons

      Owners cannot retain employees, average tenure is under 2 yrs. Management has no long term vision, president will steal from tomorrow to satisfy his urge for today.
