There are no pros to working for this company.
Cons
Expectations were too high. None of their systems were setup properly. Owner Ashvin frequently would fly off the handle and yell at employees and threaten their jobs. They make huge promises to customers that they never follow through on.

Organizational culture. Optimal working process with a shared set of values, commitments and perspectives that drive a team’s decisions. Supportive and collaborative colleagues. Core values are responsibility, initiative, the constant development of skills and respect. The management is focused on continuous development philosophy and staff motivation. Systems and procedures for everything give employees confidence and encouragement. Internal training is in place. Good work-life arrangements: flexible working hours, personal effectiveness programs, wellness support, stress management, paid time off. I am able to balance my personal and professional life well. Competitive salary, good benefits package.
Cons
Many employees are now working from home. A remote workstation assessment will be helpful.
