      Its Green, No Harm No pollution Pleasant Working Environment. Feels satisfied as you are contributing for the greener tomorrow. Chances are more to work near your home town.

      Cons

      Compensation and Benefits at the Lower & Middle level is not up to the mark. Frequent changes in the management structure makes it complicated for the Employees. Lack of transparency in the organizational Functions. In most of places systems are only in the papers.
