- Fully remote work, you control your hours and time - Competitive compensation - Average age of engineers is above 30-35, so very mature and professional team. - Treated like an employee even if you are technically a contractor - Work-life balance is encouraged and people disconnect on the weekends.
Cons
- Meetings may sometimes be at odd hours due to the entire company being distributed all over the world. - You need to have strict discipline in your own time and workspace. - Startup culture so a lot of people work more than 40 hours. You need to know when to stop working to avoid burnout. - Need to be extra communicative in order to show your work and progress as everyone is remote.
