      Pros

      Great Learning in creative team but sometimes there is a lot of pressure for designers. No work life balance for designers.

      Cons

      The owner has tantrum issues or bi polar disorder. For client servicing/account management, your life will be screwed and the owner yells like hell. Don't work here especially client servicing.
