Toxic Management

Pros

There were positive aspects during my time with the company from 2023–2024 under the previous management. My former manager and team members were cooperative and supportive, and remote work arrangements were handled well during that period.

Cons

The situation changed significantly in 2025 following a management transition. Several management and HR practices negatively impacted the work environment. My salary was reduced without prior notice or formal communication, which created financial uncertainty. Interactions with HR were often unprofessional, including instances of raised voices rather than constructive or respectful discussions. Decision-making related to employee matters appeared to be centralized within HR, with limited flexibility or escalation options. Even senior leadership seemed to have minimal influence over HR-led decisions, which made it difficult to resolve concerns or seek fair discussion. The company does not provide employee benefits or allowances. There were no annual increments or clear performance-based review processes. Employees were also required to use their own laptops for work, with no reimbursement or company-provided equipment. Overall, there was a lack of structured policies, transparency, and consideration for employee welfare.

Pros

Nothing comes in my mind

Cons

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating and disheartening that I feel obligated to warn others. 1. Salary always late Imagine receiving your salary at 11PM on the 7th. Every month feels like a gamble, and it’s incredibly stressful. A company that can’t even pay employees on time already shows its priorities. 2. No benefits whatsoever There used to be WFH flexibility, but once the new management came in, even that was taken away. There are literally 0 benefits working here—no health benefits, no allowances, nothing. 3. Management constantly changes rules Policies change overnight, and they adjust the rules however they want just to make employees’ lives harder. It feels like everything is tailor-made to benefit management, not the people doing the work. 4. “Office” is a joke They promised a proper office, but what we got was one small room with no monitors, no proper workspace, and no decent place to eat. The food options nearby are ridiculously expensive. 5. No increments allowed Even if you deserve it and have proven yourself, they simply say no. They don’t believe in rewarding hard work. 6. Salary disputes for no valid reason They refuse to pay people and then hide behind show cause letters. When certain employees they “like” do the same thing, they keep quiet. It’s unfair and demoralising. 7. Hiring decisions purely for cheap labour They openly prefer hiring cheaper labour just to save costs, instead of valuing experienced, loyal employees. 8. No career progression Don’t expect to grow here. They’re not interested in developing talent, well, only in finding the cheapest workforce possible. 9. Unrealistic job scopes Your job title means nothing. You might be hired as a QA, but you’ll also end up doing PM, PO, Scrum Master, and whatever else they feel like assigning. It’s exploitation, not growth. 10. No work-life balance at all Even when you’re on leave, they will still contact you. They expect you to be available 24/7, like you don’t have a life outside work. 11. Last-minute meetings & unpaid overtime Meetings are always last minute. You’ll stay back after working hours and won’t be paid a single cent for it. 12. Forced weekend work Even though it’s not in the offer letter, they’ll still ask you to work weekends. If you refuse, HR will hunt you down. 13. HR treats people terribly HR behaves in the most unprofessional way possible—talking down to employees, threatening people, and treating staff like they’re not even human. Overall: Working here took a serious toll on my mental and emotional well-being. The lack of respect, instability, and exploitation says everything about the company culture. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through what I and many others did.

Pros

- Opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to HRMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, training, and go-live activities. - Supportive teammates who are willing to help when challenges arise. - Good environment for learning multiple roles, including project management, quality assurance, client communication, and product implementation. - Employees are given ownership and exposure to real client projects early in their tenure. - Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries.

Cons

- Following the leadership transition in 2025, there appeared to be a gap in product and industry knowledge at the executive level during the initial transition period. - Some client-facing discussions could have benefited from closer collaboration with existing product and technical leaders who possessed deeper historical and product knowledge. - The transition created uncertainty among some employees and clients regarding the company's strategic direction and product vision. - Changes in management style and working culture may not have aligned with the expectations of long-serving employees.
