Pros

Good commission scheme - decent pay structure

1) Company does not favor performers where the opportunities and accounts are all given to weaker performing consultants and performers have to get their own clients and accounts 2) Not only that, your accounts will also be given out to other consultants without any permissions because the company deems fit and looks at individuals to have such power play within the organization 3) sales team and "corporate executives" are all on different teams, even though the company tries very hard to brand and force the mindset of #oneteam, which is ironic because the "executives" are the one driving the wedge, not standing by the sales people and consultants, and are driving all the tension within the organization and within sales people 4) Nepotism. If you don't understand the meaning, please google it. 5) It's evident why people come and go so frequently if they are not performing because they do not enjoy the commissions. However, once you're performing, you are bound to run your sales at your disadvantage with none of the policies / incentives / challenges applying to you because the organization just says "because you're doing well, give others a chance", 6) if you are not able to live up to your challenges, like the overly hyped "watch challenge of 2021", please don't. It's embarrassing.

You get paid a below market salary with a pay cut. Wait.. That's not a pro. Hmm at least you get paid?

Toxic management. Ben is the owner and a micro managing dictator. He verbally abuses you and has no respect for your time. The management doesn't care about process. Christine is the only director keeping the whole company afloat. Without her, Ben would have closed down the offices. He has promoted a toxic environment among the business leads, team leads as well as consultants. Unhealthy rivalries, verbal abuses. Blackmailing. Whistle blowers get fired. Ex employees get threatened. Please, if you're reading this. Call up any employees to get an idea before you join this nightmare. If you read any 5 star reviews on here. You can be sure it's Ben forcing his secretaries to write them. On an additional note, he loves objectifying women. Just have a look at his LinkedIn.

I have never left a negative review in my life. But I just hope my honest review here can let all the good candidates who looking for job to avoid this company. If you ever worked here, you will experience being mentally tormented, as they only focus on the result instead of how much effort you have been putting in. Constantly check with your result & KPI, and sarcastic / criticise if your result " not satisfying" them. Monitoring you , micromanage you even during non working hour or working day. Absolutely, no work life balance here! Not to mention, most of the business leader and director think they are monarch here, self centered, and lack of professionalism. They are all very good and well trained to playing and creating all kinds of office politics and make all their staffs suffering and trapped in their politics strategies. Most of the employees treated terribly from what I've seen & experienced so far. You don't have to know all the colleagues here because your colleagues constantly changing from time to time. Besides that, you would never get assistance from your team due to the competitive environment, you will only get back stabbing. No resources, no tools, no support, no proper guidance, no training. Company no direction, management hypocritical mess, terrible leadership. Literally drives people into insane. They are actively hiring , not because of they are expanding, but because of they unable to retain all the good consultants and they are panic now due to shortage of manpower. If you considering joining this company, think twice, think about your mental health& your bright future. * A note for everyone : All the good reviews here written by their own marketing team/ EAs.
