Hard to think of any

Cons

Pay is really bad. Management love gossip and spreading misinformation. COO is non-existent. Middle-management serves little purpose with half of those only there based on tenure and not merit. Socials are lackluster. CEO is incredibly sensitive and passive-aggressive. He is indirectly confrontational. What I mean by all this is he is someone who takes anything and everything personally.

They’re few and far between

Cons

Dreadful culture in a completely mismanaged workplace. Regular socials and off sites are used to feign concern for staff wellbeing in place of actually supporting and remunerating people fairly. Senior management completely unapproachable. Some talented people working there but for how much longer?
