      Horrible Leadership=High Turnover

      Pros

      Clients are well taken care of and cared for. Dress code now allows for jeans.

      Cons

      Rapid turnover, most in-office employees are pretty new. The tiny office gives ugly and dreary energy. Salary and benefits are not competitive at all. Holiday “bonus” was $50. Leadership is aware of issues impacting employees but does not care enough about employees to impact change.

      Pros

      Executive commitment to the business, Decent benefits for the company size, Realistic expectations, Invested in training and documentation. Honest and open.

      Cons

      Expected to be in the office 9 hours a day for collaboration at least 3 days a week. Minimal meeting/office space to collaborate. Management does not take feedback and integrate into operations. Any business that describes its culture as a "family" is a red flag.

      High standards maintained by all levels in the company. Excellent customer service provided to customers. Great opportunity for employee growth and promotion.
