Pros
Friendly hardworking colleagues; A range of opportunities to progress skills and career; Good salary, benefits and bonuses; Decent range of technologies for employees to work on; Management cares about their employees and treats them well. No need for anyone to 'get their heads out of their butts' - the directors know what they're doing and are obviously doing something right to be a successful business for 20 years.
Cons
Director takes a while to reply to emails from employees; Excessive security - but necessary.

Pros
Look after their employees with decent salary progression, bonuses and freebies (especially at Christmas). Reward loyalty and long service. Directors dislike the use of bleeding edge technology, preferring mature established tech to avoid rookie errors hitting their large customer base.
Cons
Have a mix of new and old technologies (e.g. Java is 20 years old) that can frustrate employees who are looking to improve their CV and job hop. A bit paranoid about security, probably a good thing.
