Good opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Work scheduling is relatively flexible, and supervisors are generally understanding when employees request adjustments.

Cons

Shifts can extend to 12 hours, and commuting time may add an additional two hours per day depending on site location. This can make work-life balance challenging during busy project periods.
