On time salary because it is coming from Jio. Nothing else.

- All positive reviews are fake. Those are paied reviews - Bad working hours - No work life balance - Navin the joker who says that I am actually running the company not the actual CEO. As he relative of a Director in Reliance. Shame on KM. - CEO office is fooling the the CEO like anything but he is not able to see that. How can a CEO be soo foolish. - Company has no experience of creating any product catering to millions. Still thinks that he is a multi million dollar company. Fooling Upper management of Reliance by bringing cheep hardware from China. - Treats everyone as sleaves - There has been a death and hospitalizations of employees in the org. - They don't care even if people die. - Illegal terms in joining letter. - No roadmaps - CEO is extending months as much as possible to take heavy salary from reliance. - I have seen 9 Recruitment HRs been changed in my tenure.

Cons

Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent. Expect long hours, weekend work, and high expectations. Burnout is common, and there’s little support to mitigate it. Salaries are decent, but not competitive enough given the demands and hours. Limited flexibility — “always on” culture can make it hard to unplug or set boundaries
