      Pros

      You can wear jeans everyday.

      Cons

      Pay, sick time for salary employees a joke, management is awful, good ole boys club atmosphere, extremely too heavy, and they couldn’t care less about their employees health and safety.

      False promises made during interview. Cuts income and benefits, gives little back to keep you happy and feeling wanted.

      Pros

      Pay is ok, but not competitive. Company is growing fast. Not near Detroit, but now bussing in Flint workers. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants.

      Cons

      Cuts pay and benefits and then gives some back with a speech about how well you're doing. Favoritism and unfairness is rampant. Safety is second after production. Security is horrible and unreliable. HR cares only about management. Hires from Flint because the citizens there are "easily dispensible". If you miss a day you are forced to work for straight time on the weekend. No training, but you're raises are based on training you've received. Motto is "if you don't like it, leave".
