      1. No concrete plan for future growth of organization and everything is haphazard 2. HR is a puppet to top management and does not protect employees 3. Unethical policies 4. Work life balance 5. Unrealistic expectation in terms of project delivery

      * Horrible work culture. * Employees are talked to in a completely inhumane manner. * You will lose all your self respect. * They only care about retaining you once you put the resignation. * Most Google reviews are faked * They will mess up your mental health. * The experience will not teach you. Nobody cares about learning or growth. * No variable pay, joining bonus or appraisals. Company is always in financial trouble. Only people who got appraisals got it after threatening to leave.
