Cons
As with many consultancy companies, there is always the promise of "career progression" "competitive wages" "great, supportive environments" and this place is the worst. Nothing but shattered dreams, false promises and a head office full of money-driven, power-tripping, favourtising, toxic bullies. Clearly a few people have risen up the ranks in a short space of time as they have sucked up so much to the CEO and COO, this in turn has resulted in a lot of office place nepotism. This company can make you feel extremely alone despite claims of being part of a very superficial “#OneTeam” and is very obvious there is a massive trust issue, but no one is going to say that to management without facing without repercussions. HR is a massive joke and claim to be there for everyone to ensure fairness, and couldn’t be further from the truth. Quite literally a great example of HR being there for the business and not for the employees. The people high up are clearly power tripping, think they are untouchable and literal gods as they pay themselves 6 figures, high bonuses and drive Tesla’s. Makes you think how humble these people once used to be when they had nothing, but sadly, money and “power” changes people for the worst and this place is a great example. Despite my short time there, I did meet some nice people who I wish nothing but the best for, but being there less than a year was more than enough. How some have made it even past the 1 year or 2 year mark is unbelievable, but these people may fall under the “favourite” bracket as described above, so is questionable.
