People you work with are smart and driven. This is a company with no morals. Management is very poor across the different levels. Managers have no idea what they are doing and just want to claim credit. Employees are overworked and severely undercompensated. People are often working late, but that doesn't make sense when everything takes forever to be done. Would never recommend a friend work for The Email Marketers unless they want to be treated like just another worker.

This company advertises that they are remote and flexible but this is not the case. Because staff are hired from “affordable countries” it’s difficult to work with different time zones. Clients are honestly over charged and the CEO is all over the place. She constantly speaks down to staff making people feel stupid and worthless. The workload to way too much and people could never keep up. Staff leave almost every month
