      The work is satisfying and not repetative

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Executive leadership is abusive and engage in gross mismanagement of funds. Pay is poor and benefits are barely satisfactory.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and hours. Nice to help those experiencing homelessness obtain housing.

      Cons

      Work culture non-existent, pay is crap, upper management thinks of themselves as more important that front-line employees. COVID protections applied to upper management only.

      Pros

      They do attempt to help the homeless population, its a bit of a bait and switch however. They do give a lot of time off however. (which you are forced to used if they decide to close for weather)

      Cons

      Low pay (one of the lowest in the city for nonprofit work) Terrible management Terrible benefits Zero room for advancement.
