      None to write home about

      Cons

      Working for a jumped up market trader. He wrote a management guide that he thought was so good he had it printed which basically is his book of secrets about what he thinks about how you should treat people. If anyone ever read it he would be laughed out of a room, it was awful. The man reminds me of a poor boy that was bullied as a child and who now has small man syndrome and throws his weight around threatening people. Total lemon.

      Absolutely nothing, this company is a true disaster. Can’t believe Starbucks allows them to operate under their name.

      - They will mess up your pay or not pay you at all - No work to life ratio - They do not appreciate nothing you do for them

      They give you as much time off as you want...because they are constantly cutting labour

      Cons

      Where do I start? - Don't care about staff as long as they are hitting sales targets - Very poor upper management, un organised, lackadaisical approach supervisor progression - They will cut hours all the time, even when promised above 30 hours - Supervisors are on zero hour contracts
