Pros

It's a young company and team, lots of beers after work kinda vibe. Company has a lost of history in the country - it's not what it was anymore. Free snacks.

Cons

The management team has no experience with people and directing a business - using micromanaging and toxic strategies to induce fear and pressure. There's a "no questioning" policy. When I decided to talk to management team due to your manager behaviour I was invited out. After the round of layoffs last year, the pressure is on, and lot's of unprofessional behaviours are taking place. Most of the more experienced people left/ are leaving. If you are considering joining this company, I would definitely think twice and prioritize your mental health.
