Pros

Customers are nice the hours can be flexible I guess

Cons

Management is awful they knit pick over everything and micro manage even when you are doing everything right. Training is inconsistent and lacking

Pros

Getting the employee discount, short commute, and getting free stuff and working with "some"great people that weren't drama queens. Was a great place to work for when Ted Rogers was alive once he passed the circus took over, what a shame.

Cons

Too much work, understaffed and no appreciation. Working there for so many years with no guidance to move up within the company.
