Pros

You will learn how to handle stress and 'make do with what you got'. Your coworkers will be the best part. The half-day before any holiday is very much appreciated. Overall, it's a place to get your feet wet, learn some skills, and prep your mental fortitude for the next job.

Cons

1. Compensation is not competitive. ----> Tip: If you are about to quit, make sure you get your commission first. They will pay the commissions out way after the quarter has ended. Therefore, if you quit before that payout, they WILL NOT pay you even IF you did all your work for the entirety of the previous quarter. 2. High employee churn rate. Apparently, there is a growth path but rarely does anyone see it. I mean people are getting new titles now, but that's because most people left. 3. Transparency is a 'core value' at Snow but not a two-way street. Seriously, watch who you talk to, and remember that your 'private' Slack messages are not as private as you think. - The way people are spoken to by management is brutal. I mean, people actually get yelled at and cursed at on Google meets. --->One example: 'With all the economy like this, you all should be lucky you even have jobs here. step it up!' -------> I am paraphrasing and I understand the point trying to be made, but that is not how you talk to your employees, gain respect, or start off a Monday morning call. I mean, I'm sure other companies do it too, but yeah most of the positive reviews are not genuine. We were literally requested to write positive reviews about the company. Again, why was upper management cursing at employees? I understand times can get stressful but it does not warrant the treatment.

Pros

Working from home. Try to "act" like they're a family, but the family members are already chosen believe me.

Cons

Nepotism in the workplace No diversity and inclusion; not a place where people of different backgrounds can thrive or grow. If you're any other race than Caucasian, you probably won't feel comfortable. They have two black managers and call that diversity. They aren't open to different point of views when it comes to ads, only what their "kind" of people likes to see which is crazy because they have a really huge African American client base.

Pros

Driven and intelligent coworkers, ability to move up in the company

Cons

Management reprimands employees in front of clients, micromanages everyone, and has absolutely 0 workflow processes in place. They are rude, condescending, and have no concern about employees. They play a finger-pointing game when something goes wrong. Benefits are far below market value.
