      A jumbled mess

      + They provide free food

      Cons

      - They have 7000 managers (mostly made-up titles) and no one actually manages anything? They all push responsibility onto each other and then point fingers at anyone and everyone else. Then, when you ask for a simple PDQ machine to be replaced, you get told that they don't have the budget for it. The next day you get an email saying 'Manager of Thingy has been pormoted to Global Manager of Stuff'

      Team members at the operational level were professional and supportive • The property itself has strong potential • Fast-paced environment for those who thrive without structure

      Cons

      Extremely unclear expectations for management roles • Priorities and direction change frequently without alignment or communication • Little to no structured onboarding or training for leaders • Reactive decision-making rather than proactive planning • High leadership turnover creates instability and inconsistency • Recruiter messaging did not align with the actual day-to-day reality of the role

      Cons

      The company is not solid and the floor management is very inconsistent, their focus was clearly on getting ahead on themselves and not on building an honest and service oriented team.
