      Clique, mis managed, people don't work hard

      Don't have to do a lot of work

      Cons

      If you do work hard, you're shafted as they expect you to do everything. Managers are not trained or highly skilled. Clique culture - if your face fits.

      Supportive teams (small units) Added benefits (holidays/pension etc) Flexible working (home and office)

      Cons

      Middle management is not listened to or supported. I’ve seen female managers verbally abused and nothing be done, bullying upwards from front facing staff and no support from HR or leadership team other than to ask what the managers can do for the people doing the bullying or asking what has “made them behave that way” as if it is the managed fault . The worry and stress I see in others daily affects me and puts me off the company as a whole. I love my job but am looking elsewhere - the culture and values they say they have doesn’t flow from the top.
