Respectable pay and benefits. Strong focus on high-end clients. Strong appreciation of traditional details.
Cons
Very poor intra-office communication - the work environment is rift with insecure egos and negative/punitive motivation. General disrespect of all staff. (you are replaceable and never forget it.) Not given any real responsibility or opportunity to grow. Needless, self-imposed revisions to work and very unclear direction. High staff turnover every 18 months or so. Highly disorganized and dysfunctional office setting - poor organization, management and communication.
