Better pay than most similar positions but it comes at a cost.
Cons
A very poorly run company that tries to minimize costs by having the absolute minimum child to instructor ratio, trying to make you complete required closing tasks for free, no lunch or any break, and bare bones training. Will blame you for any issues that arise rather than helping.
Tiny Chefs is a great company to work for where you are always valued and appreciated for your hard work.
Cons
Unfortunately there are a lot of unreliable individuals out there that constantly call out causing the other instructors to work twice as hard. Sometimes having to drive a little further to fill into a class with a callout- but this is always asked and well compensated for.
