      Pros

      Titanium legal services has a wonderful staff that all work well together, spread across three offices in Oregon and two in Washington. Titanium is working to expand beyond the Pacific Northwest to offer one of the fastest service times in the industry.

      Cons

      Faulty software can cause a hindrance in effective service but a close relationship with the company that provides this service mitigates issues. Employee advancement is slow and salary / benefits are on the meager side.

      After 36 years of work experience, I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever had!

      Pros

      I am constantly amazed by my upper management. They try so hard to make sure I, and everyone else, are on the right track and ready to go. They are always on call if I ever need assistance. They are always looking for new ways to make my job easier, and they address any, and all of my concerns with haste. The pay is amazing, the management is amazing, and I set my own hours. What's not to love?

      I've worked at this company for 8 years and I truly don't see any Cons. The company has treated me very well, and I'm very thankful for all the opportunities that I have been presented with.
