there aren't advantages in this studio.
Cons
incompetent owners with very small experience in the animation industry. Do research about their profiles before talking to them. they are only reach (how?) rude people, disorganized, with old fashion mentality and 0 respect for workers. there is a lot of lies of nepotism and bossing. on their website they make publicity about projects they have never worked, they put videos with people which don't work there, they say they have an animation school but it is managed by incompetent and the "professors" are very juniors animators forced to do the job.
