We are sorry to hear of your perceived experience at TopDog Law. To address a few of the concerns listed here. TopDog Law is owned by a lawyer. Our fully remote intake call center staff is given thorough training and then evaluated to see if they meet the standards required to be an intake specialist. Unfortunately, some intake specialists do not meet our minimum requirements even after retraining. It has never been our policy to require intake specialists to ask permission to step away for a bathroom break. Our company surveys our staff anonomously every month to gauge job satisfaction and prides itself in receiving scores of 90% and higher from our staff. Many of our staff refer their friends and family to work at TopDog Law because they find it such an amazing place to work.
