This is where most people express their dissent or discontent, this company does expect a lot more than most out there from their employees. They expect a neat appearance, a positive attitude and everyone to operate on a specific level. This is where most people fail. If you’re good at what you do, don’t mind wearing a collar shirt and being friendly despite the negative day you might be having you would thrive here. Construction is difficult and it is easy to get hung up on things from home or minor things from work. Some folks focus on problems and never look for a solution, others identify the problem and immediately start working towards solutions. That’s the difference with my experience working here and some of these reviews I have read here. I can’t be certain why people feel the way they feel but if you face each day with a positive attitude you’ll have a positive outcome. And my experience has been just that. -Rusty
