Cell phone is provided.

Cons

Silent work environment with passive aggressive employees who go on power trips. This behavior is reinforced by management who place all their emphasis on loyalty to the company. Long hours and working weekends are expected. No employee onboarding and new employees are often put at an empty desk on their first day with no welcome.

- They are understanding about working from home when you're sick

Cons

- The environment is VERY uncomfortable - there is a depressing energy as soon as you walk through the door - Management has no idea what they are doing - it seems like they were thrown into the position without proper training - Hours - Work life balance - Co workers are cliquey and rude. I never felt welcomed - Salary seems decent until you calculate the hourly rate - you put in well over 40 hours per week

Pros

This is a near perfect part time "retirement" job. Management has been generous in allowing me a great deal of flexibility with my time, They've also been really patient as technology was and is still not my strong suit! I feel they respect my experience and opinion.

Cons

Not specific to Touchstone, but I really miss being in an office and interacting with the team in person
