      The hotel you are based it is really good.

      Cons

      They agree with you at the beginning that you will work 3 weeks on, one off, with an average salary of 1500 eur, but unfortunately, they do not respect this agreement, if they do not call you for work, you get only the basic salary, 400 eur. This happened with many of the colleagues, also in the previous years, this is the reason people are leaving without finishing their contract.

      Some cabin crew members and one male instructor is very nice. The company is lucky to have them.

      Cons

      I totally agree with previous comment. Whatever you discus on the interview, they don't obey nothing. They just don't care. You have to give them all of your free time, your life and sometimes also that is not enough. You get 0% respect, and also you better not ask any questions. Even if you ask, their answer will be "We are charter company". You just have to be quiet and work. I'm glad I quit the job there, because I don't want to be a part of modern slavery.
