Pros

I worked with some really great people and had wonderful customers.

Cons

Extremely low pay and no chance of moving up without previous banking experience. If you have a degree and 10 years of admin experience, you still get to be a teller like any 18 year old with no work history. Very high cost benefits, so no healthcare to go with your low pay. Everything comes down to numbers, you have no value to the bank if you are not actively earning them money. Schedule not flexible in the least due to coverage needs.

Pros

Good products and some branch staff are good as well.

Cons

The company throws in your face how much they pay for you and the benefits even though it’s required contributions they have to make by law. It’s a slap in the face. It’s a very male dominated, upper management is majority male and the promotions and advancement seem to always be men. Lack of appreciation of employees or support from upper management is very disappointing. Beginning to look and feel a lot like Wells Fargo unfortunately.
