Pros

Good atmosphere, treat employees that work really well. Was decent pay before the downturn.

Cons

Old boy club drug this company down. Some poor decisions and pride have been its downfall. They have lost a lot of really good people and kept some payroll "leaks" just because they are connected to they old boys.....

Pros

Good bosses. Fast advancement (I was hired early in this branches developement). Great benefits. Decent wages. Great attitude of coworkers. My best job ever.

Cons

Long hours for someone not used to it. Only have two customers at this location so far so there is shop time occasionally which sucks. Not making the amount of money (annually) that I was told I would be making when I was hired.

Good people, poorly managed

Pros

Atmosphere was good, lots of young people at work, decent compensation and fun social activities.

Cons

Company is so poorly managed that they do layoffs every quarter. I came over with an acquisition and had two raises within 6 months, then got laid off. I can't see this company having much long term success with aging equipment and little to no forsight.
