      If being stagnant is your thing, you could work here.

      1. Very less pay 2. Micromanaging on some another level, its 2023, no one likes to be micro managed 3. The work is extremely repetitive 4. If you are just working for the money, it's fine, but you wouldn't see any sort of growth in your professional life. There is nothing new to learn here, not at all challenging. 5. No consistency among the editors, all the editors are going to give you different feedback

      Pros? What is that? Probably the fact that they will provide consistent work in all my months with them.

      Cons

      Low Pay, and I mean low pay The editors provide different feedback and will confuse you because there are different editors with different perspectives. The company won't listen to you; they will always look out for themselves. That is why they are always hiring because of a high employee turnover rate. I'm not even sure how I lasted months with them. They're the worst. Even worse than the content mills.

      you get to work with travel-related things and it’s fun learning more about the different parts of the world

      not worth the salary unfortunately. 1 article can use up so much time and effort, they take half a day at least, and will only result in an hour’s worth of minimum wage.
