Pros

I was gonna list the office as a pro but they recently moved so they dont even have that going for them any more....... Had vaulted ceilings and 2 mezzanines.

Cons

This company has a revolving door so to speak, little to no training, sink or swim working environment. They essentially get you to cold call for 3 months trying to put together loads. After the third month they expect you to produce $2500/mth for them. On more than one occasion I witnessed sexual harassment and nothing was done about it, its what you would expect at a truck brokerage office. Ive also witnessed the owner call up carriers and threaten them with violence after they dropped a load. Needless to say after that outburst I knew that I could not work for this company long term.
